9:00 a.m. Club/Promoter Roll Call and Break-Out.
*Mandatory attendance for any club or promoter planning to put on
ANY event in the year 2003. Rules and Dates will be discussed.
Saturday Afternoon, November 9th
1: 00 p.m. Annual Meeting
District does their business: supplemental rules are approved, elections ,etc.
3:00 p.m. Liability Meetings
Mandatory Meeting for those clubs and promoters wanting to hold
events who have not attended such a seminar since 2000. This will be presented by Doug Neubauer of AMA Sports. Congress elections will be held.
4:00 p.m. Sanctioning of 2003 events begins.
Sunday, November 10th
10 a.m. District Board Meeting
12:30 a.m. Optional Luncheon- see Cycle USA for an invitation
1:30-5 p.m. Awards
