Eric Wheelwright was simply dominant at the Pleasure Riders hill climb near Cayuga, Indiana, winning all three of his classes and setting the TOP SIX times of the day – an absolutely perfect day. This incredible performance followed his 2 class win, Fast Time winning evening the previous evening, giving him 5 class wins and two Fast Time awards for the weekend..

Wheelwright’s fastest time was recorded on his CR500, a sizzling 4.303 second high flying run.  His 4.537 first round ride would have won the class, as Tom Brown was his closest challenger with a 4.545 second time on his Honda. 

            Riding his CRF450 Honda, Wheelwright picked up 2 more class wins.  His first ride in the 450 class, a 4.545 second effort, would also have won that class, but he followed it with a 4.398 second run on his second ride.  John Michael Gocken took second with a 4.736 second time on Shane Green’s KTM.  In the 600 4-Stroke class, Wheelwright’s first ride, a 4.477 second time, was also good enough to win, and he also beat that on his second ride with a 4.405 second time.  Scott Lisk claimed second on his Yamaha thumper in 5.113 seconds. 

            Twelve year old Jeremy James had a perfect weekend, winning the 85CC Junior Mini Class again with a 5.8440 second time, and claiming the Youth Fast Time award for the second straight day.  Nine year old Logan Moody was his closest challenger to the Fast Time as he delivered a 6.117 second tide to win the 85CC Junior Mini Class.  Moody was a double class winner, having also taken the win in the 65CC class with a 6.570 second time, winning that class for the second day in a row.   Kolt Kinsler took the 50CC Class win on his KTM for the second day in a row, topping the hill in 6.486 seconds.

            Wade Garriott and Jim Mahan were also repeat winners, Garriott taking the 2-Stroke Quad class win while Mahan claimed the 4-Stroke class win again.

            Other repeat winners were Justin Trent (125CC), Keith Klett (200cc),  Paul Hillard (750cc), Nick Isotov (Open), Billy Pearson (+50) and Tom Brown (Open Stock).
