The 92nd Annual Great American Championship Motorcycle Hill Climb returns to Billings, MT July 30-August 1, 2010.  Three days, almost 600 riders and all of the top pros in the country competing for a record, $50,000 cash purse - Billings, MT - Hill Climbing Capital of the World (R).

Make plans now to join us for some great action!

The Great American is held at Billings Motorcycle Club, south of Billings, off of I-90 at Exit 447.  Go south on South Billings Blvd, over the river and turn left at Kasey's Corner Convenience Store, continue 1.5 miles to the club grounds. 

Tickets are available at Tire Rama, O'Reilly Autoparts, Albertsons and Archie Cochrane Ford.

One Day Pass    $10 per person (Children 10 and under are free with paid adult)
Two Day Pass    $20 per person (Allows you to come and go all weekend)
Camping             $10 per night ( Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday night)
Shuttle  Pass       $25 per person (available at the Play Inn and the Billings Hotel R
                              Club -  includes transport to and from  the hill, space in the shuttle
                              tent and free appetizers and a great view of the hill.

Full concessions and ice cold Miller Lite and Coors products available at in-town prices.  Free parking, spectator seating at the base of the hill (bring your lawn chairs and shade tents).  Check out the temporary tattoos, riding apparrel and all the fun while you watch the best riders in the country take on the Bentonite Nightmare.

Thursday, July 29     Pits open for riders.  Registration packets at the gate.

Friday, July 30         8:00 am    Trophy Hill starts and runs until approx. 5:00 pm

                                5:00 pm    Pro Hill starts with the 50+ seniors, 450 Pro Altered, Pro Masters
                                                and 450 Pro Modifides under the lights on the Nightmare Hill

Saturday, July 31     8:00 am    Pro Hill starts with the 251-600 Pro Altered and 600-Open Pro Alt

                                2:00 pm    Jam Castle featuring Sam Talkington playing classic rock
                                5:00 pm    ATV Drag Race Exhibition
                                5:30 pm    Zen playing more rock and roll until 10:30 pm

Sunday, August 1     8:00 am    Pros hill starts with the 0-700 Exhibition and Open Exhibition

                                1:00 pm    Championship run with the best of the best (approx. time)
                                                 Hill Climb continues with the really big stuff until
                                                 approx. 5:00 pm

2010 will see new hill records set because we have added to the hill size bringing it to a total of 426 feet.  The hill is measured only 30-feet from the base.  It is in great shape and will offer some thrilling rides and some spectacular crashes.

Please join us Tuesday night, July 27, from 5 until 8 pm at the Play Inn Lounge and Restaurant to help support the Great American.  Mike Norriss, a long-time BMC member and owner of the Play Inn, is hosting a pre-hill climb with a live radio remote.  There will be drink specials, great food and some good opportunity to meet some of the pro riders.

We will have some of the best built bikes out there for you to see and hear up close.  Tickets for the event will be on sale.  

Come on out and meet the riders, enjoy some great food and get ready for some hill climb action.
